1. In these Terms and Conditions of Use The Company means My Health Network Ltd and The Website means the My Health Network website. The Subscriber means the individual purchasing a membership subscription to the My Health Network website.
   
2. The Subscriber may access the My Health Network website and all the information contained therein for their personal use only. 

3. The Subscriber must not divulge their assigned user name and password to any other party. 

4. The Subscriber shall not re-supply, repackage, re-bundle, download the entire site or otherwise deal in the My Health Network website in whole or in part or create any derivative product from the My Health Network website.

5. The subscription fee shall be paid in full, before access to the website is granted.

6. Failure to pay the renewal fee will mean that access to the My Health Network website is terminated.

7. My Health Network Ltd will review the standard charge annually and notify The Subscriber accordingly.

8. The Subscriber agrees that they shall only use The Website on-line. 

9. In accessing The Website The Subscriber agrees that they will:
       comply with any applicable laws;
       keep confidential and secure any passwords given
       download and print out content only for the permitted use.

10. My Health Network shall maintain The Website and ensure that it is maintained on-line throughout the period of subscription to the site.

11. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Use shall oblige The Company to undertake any modifications or conduct further development work to The Website and any such modifications or development work are at The Companys sole discretion.

12. The Company warrants that The Website will throughout the subscription term conform to the functionality described in all material respects.  The Subscriber acknowledges that The Website and data contained in it will contain errors.  Except as provided above The Company makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to The Website including it's quality, performance or fitness for a particular purpose.
